dew-on-line submission
guidelines
Submissions
are invited for dew-on-line, a new on-line journal for:
Haiku [to
include Senryu]
Tanka
Cherita and
Gembun
Sijo and
other related verse
Haiga and
Concrete Poetry
and artwork
All
submissions must be the author/artist’s original work. Previously
published
work is acceptable but please state where and when material was first
published.
Submissions
must not be under consideration elsewhere,
have been entered for any
competitions and/or accepted
by
another publication, electronic or otherwise.
Contributors
retain prior rights and upon publication, rights revert to the
contributors. I would strongly recommend that would-be contributors familiarise
themselves with still’s website at: http://www.aili.co.uk before submitting
any work.
There are
no submissions deadlines and you may send in as many
submissions as you wish but do remember to include the correct return
postage/IRC and SAE.
For all
submissions bar e-mail submissions, please send a SAE if you live in the United Kingdom, and a self-addressed envelope with 2 x International Reply
Coupons if you reside abroad. Any manuscripts that are sent without the appropriate
postage or IRC will not receive a response, and will not be returned.
You can also submit via e-mail to:
still@aili.co.uk
but please mark your submissions ‘For e-zine’.
All Haiga
and other artwork must only be submitted as e-mail submissions
to: still@aili.co.uk
but please mark your submissions ‘For e-zine’, and will not be
considered if submitted by snail mail.
All
selected material will be presented one to a page, as in still, to
acknowledge the hard work you have put into your submissions, and to accord
your chosen poems and artwork with the dignity and recognition they so
richly deserve.
There
will be an announcement on still’s website when
the first online edition has been posted for sharing and you will be
notified of its name. The regularity of this e-zine will largely depend on
the quality of submissions received.
I look
forward to reading your poems and to selecting your artwork for the very
first on-line healing journal for Haiku, Tanka and related short verse.
