the amah picks
citronella leaves

 

with a vanilla bean
she scratches her thigh

 

palm tree in wind
dropping coconuts

 

blood oranges arrive
by Federal Express

 

the blight on this year's
pink grapefruit

 

on the billboard
a giant strawberry ice-cream cone

 

dairy queen
looking up 'bulimia'
